Jane Anne Woodhead
Jane Anne was born and raised in North Ogden, Utah to artistic parents who instilled in their children a love of, and appreciation for, the beauty of nature. She grew up drawing horses and flowers and found her creative voice studying design at Brigham Young University from where she earned her degree.
She has now combined her love of nature and design sense with her landscape paintings. Jane Anne has earned several local and national awards for her work, and strives to continually learn and improve her skills by painting from life to help inform her studio work. “During the stillness of the early morning, and the warmth of the evening light, I feel especially grateful to be a part of God’s creations. It is that feeling I hope to honor and share through my paintings. Ultimately, I hope the viewer will feel a similar connection and it can become a shared experience.”
